Assist customers in selecting gaming products such as consoles, accessories, and video games
Demonstrate product features and provide recommendations based on customer needs
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain store presentation and ensure products are well displayed
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
Stay updated on the latest gaming trends, releases, and technologies
Process billing and transactions accurately
Support inventory management and stock replenishment
1–3 years of retail sales experience (gaming or electronics preferred)
Strong interest and knowledge of gaming products and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Basic computer skills
